Content is King.
We believe that words have the power to not only convey key messages but also forge deep and long-lasting connections. We believe in helping others to clarify the core messages of their businesses and communicate these in such a way that can help them to connect with their target audience. We believe that in doing so, we have the power to help other businesses reach their goals, and we have the power to help shape businesses into an entity that does more than just sell products—we can help businesses become a living, breathing organism that clients can feel, identify with, believe in, and become a part of.
“Hows” and “Whys” Come First, Not the Writing.
We believe that anyone can learn to be a better communicator. We believe that writing should not be scary or frightening, and we believe that clear, concise communication should be within everyone’s grasp, regardless of native language, educational background, talent, or disability.
We don’t just take what clients would say and say it better. We work to understand their businesses, inside and out. Before we even think about what product or service a client is selling, we want to know why they’re selling it. What was their inspiration? What is their passion? Why do they believe in their product?
We then do thorough market research to determine how best to help a business reach its own “tipping point.” Who does it need to connect to in order for the rest of the market share to follow suit? How can the business’s core values and beliefs be matched with those of its “tipping point” percentile?
Then and only then do we start writing.
As we’re writing, we apply both standard and not-so-standard writing principles to the client’s work to ensure readability, usability, and clarity of messaging.
